The official image leaked of Aston Martin Vantage 4.7 Special Edition is not the only project the British carmaker is working on as they give the official introductory for another supercar project – Aston Martin DBS Carbon Edition. The DBS Carbon Edition will be offered both in coupe and convertible and the British car will be ready to meet face to face with other contenders at the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show.
The Aston Martin DBS Carbon Edition coupe and convertible supercar will have to new color schemes; the Flame Orange and Ceramic Grey alongside with the existing Carbon Black which dates back to the 2009 Carbon Black Edition.
The press statement from Aston Martin about the unveiled of the DBS Carbon Edition coupe and convertible supercar is this, “Each DBS will undergo Aston Martin’s unique paint process receiving seven layers of paint together with a 25 hour hand flat-and-polish finish resulting in a glass veneer normally the reserve of jewelry production. A first for Aston Martin is the option to specify a satin lacquer paint finish, creating a silk-like texture.”
